Lack of information about PPI Policies has given rise to widespread cases of mis-selling all over the world. The Banks and Credit Card Companies make a huge profit out of this scam, by
selling policies to customers who would never use them or won’t be eligible for using the policy claim even though they pay the premium regularly.
Recent awareness about PPI Policy has resulted in a large number of people reclaiming their PPI and hence getting back the money they were charged for uselessly.
To do this you simply need to write to bank who sold you the PPI claims letter to the Credit stating your reason for the claim. Although the lenders have put many PPI claim letter requests on hold and very few people get their claims paid after the first PPI claim letter is sent.
Tips on writing a PPI claim letter to make you get your PPI money back effectively.

(Date)Dear Sir/Ma’am,
Account Number:
Subject: Letter of Complaint
This is regarding the PPI policy which was mis-sold to me on (date) by (agent). I have been treated in an unfair manner and wish to reclaim my policy and be compensated for it.
The reason I see my treatment as unfair is because:
(Reason 1)
(Reason 2)
(Reason 3 etc.)
Without any proof that the policy sold to me was reasonable and fair, I demand a full refund of the premium and any subsequent charges on it that I have paid. An 8% interested is also expected to be added to each payment.
I await your prompt and positive response.
In a scenario that this letter is not responded to within eight weeks I shall be contacting the Financial Ombudsman to look into the complaint.
Yours Faithfully
