We receive a lot of calls and emails from the public asking; "The bank has not transferred my IVA payment - what do I do?".
It is your responsibility to ensure that the standing order has been set up correctly with your Bank/Building Society and that there is sufficient money in your account to make the IVA payments.
If the payment is not made, you must contact the Bank or Building Society as soon as you realise the payment has been missed. You must also contact the IVA Supervisor and explain the problem. The payment should then be made as soon as possible.
