Once the Debt Relief Order has been approved, all the Creditors included in it, will be notified that the Debt Relief Order has been made and that they will be prevented from taking any further action against the client to recover the money (providing that the Debt Relief Order remains in force)
The creditors included do have a right to object to the making of a Debt Relief Order. If they choose to object, this has to be done within 30 days of notification. It will then be down to the Official Receiver to investigate the objection and to rule on it.
