Not very pleasant was it????.... when you were turned down for credit because of that CCJ or Default notice on your credit file.
It is possible to have your CCJ legally removed from the records to restore your credit rating in a few weeks, sometimes in a matter of days.
You can now arrange to have your CCJ legally .'Set aside' from the court records and those of the credit agencies.
As far as they are concerned, your CCJ will no longer exist.
Your record will be clear with you credit rating intact, enabling you to obtain goods or loans you need.
Providing you have not made a written defence to your summons, or attended court as Defendant, then the system will allow us to help you.
Perhaps you have just been refused credit because of a CCJ and have no recollection of court action. In this case you should contact one (or more) of main credit agencies, who, for a fee of £2, will give you details of all your credit defaults. The two main credit reference agencies are EXPERIAN and EQUIFAX. (See also - How do I repair my credit history?)
Read this section very carefully as there will be listed a few of the reasons for removal which are usually accepted by the courts.
You may have entirely different reasons. However many you put forward and whatever they are, they must be true, to the best of your knowledge.
